H24store reserves the right to charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on H24store, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of H24store or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and "AS-IS" Provision
H24STORE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to: the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or listings; uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation; that defects will be corrected; or that the platform is free from viruses or harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any material downloaded or obtained through the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) H24store, its officers, directors, employees, and agents SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, unauthorized access to your data, statements or conduct of any third party, or any other matter relating to the platform; (b) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less; (c) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless H24store from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (a) All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers - H24store is not a party to any transaction; (b) You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, and trustworthiness of other users; (c) You assume all risks associated with any interactions or transactions with other users; (d) H24store does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, listing, or transaction; (e) You should exercise caution and common sense when interacting with other users or conducting transactions; (f) H24store is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of products or services listed on the platform; (g) Any disputes arising from transactions are solely between the involved parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which H24store operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
